• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.

• Patient Education: Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their health conditions, treatment options, self-care strategies, and preventive measures to promote wellness and disease prevention.

• Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate and manage patient care effectively and ensure continuity of care across the healthcare continuum.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
