Job Description:

1. Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' medical status and needs.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
3. Monitoring patients' vital signs and response to treatment.
4. Performing nursing interventions to manage symptoms and promote healing.
5. Educating patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
6. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
7. Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing.

Qualifications:

To succeed as an RN Medical, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
2. Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
3. Prior experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Empathy and compassion for patients and families.
8. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
