Health Nurse

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Nurse to provide essential healthcare services to our clients or residents. As a Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of individuals under your care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify individual health needs.

• Provide health education and counseling to clients on various health-related topics.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of client living spaces.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Document client care and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
